Who can use RMG OS

RMG OS is available only to people RMG invites. Your access is personal to you, and what you can see and change depends on the role and artists RMG assigns you. RMG can change or end your access at any time — for example, when your work with RMG ends.

Your account

• Keep your password and your two-factor authentication device to yourself.
• Don't share your account or let anyone else use it.
• Tell us straight away at andrew@romanticmusic.io if you think someone else has accessed it.

Confidentiality

Much of what is in RMG OS — unreleased music, plans, budgets, contacts, account logins and business terms — is confidential to RMG and its artists. Use it only for your work with RMG, and don't share it outside RMG OS unless RMG has authorised you to. This applies during and after your access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use RMG OS for anything unlawful, or to infringe anyone's rights;
• try to see or change information you haven't been given access to;
• probe, scan or test RMG OS's security, or get around its access controls, without RMG's written permission;
• upload malware, or anything that could harm RMG OS or its users;
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer RMG OS.

Content

You keep whatever rights you have in content you add. You give RMG permission to store, process and display it as needed to run RMG OS. Who owns the work you do for RMG is governed by your agreement with RMG, not by these terms.

Connected services

You can connect other services, such as Google Calendar or a meeting recorder. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and how RMG OS handles the data they share is set out in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect them at any time.

AI features

AI-generated answers, summaries and suggestions can be wrong or incomplete. Check them before relying on them. RMG OS asks you to review suggested changes before they're saved, and you're responsible for what you choose to accept.

Availability and changes

We work to keep RMG OS running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features at any time.

Disclaimer and liability

RMG OS is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, RMG is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of RMG OS. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Romantic Music Group LLC is organised, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and tell users of RMG OS about significant changes. Continuing to use RMG OS after that means you accept the updated terms.
