RMG OS
The private workspace Romantic Music Group uses to run its roster — artists, releases, projects, campaigns and the calendar that ties them together.
Access is by invitation only, for the RMG team and the artists and collaborators we work with. Every account is protected by two-factor authentication.
What it does
Roster and catalog
A profile for each artist, with their songs, releases and key details in one place.
Tasks and projects
Work organised by artist and project, with owners, due dates, priorities and a brief for each project.
Campaigns
Marketing, merch and touring campaigns tracked against their budgets, with the return rolled up.
Calendar and reminders
One calendar of deadlines and events across the roster, with reminders by email — and in Google Calendar, if you connect it.
Meeting notes
Summaries and action items from recorded meetings, filed against the artist, project or task they concern.
AI assistance
Ask questions of the workspace, turn notes into tasks and draft plans. A person reviews every suggested change before it is saved.
Google Calendar, if you connect it
Connecting is optional, and personal: each person connects their own Google account from Settings in RMG OS.
What RMG OS does with it
- Adds the task deadlines you set reminders on to your Google Calendar, with the same alerts — moves them when the deadline changes, and removes them when you remove the reminder.
- Shows your own Google Calendar events next to RMG deadlines on the RMG OS calendar, so you can plan around them. Only you see them.
What it doesn't do
RMG OS doesn't save your Google events, show them to anyone else, send them to AI tools, or use them for advertising. You can disconnect at any time from Settings, which revokes RMG OS's access at Google.
